Who we are
One company, one standard
ZZ Demolition does the tearing-out and hauling-away that comes before a renovation, a rebuild or a sale: interior strip-outs, full guts, house, garage, shed and deck demolition, commercial strip-outs, concrete removal and junk removal.
We are based in Ottawa, and most of our work is in the city and the surrounding area. That keeps drive times short and means we know how the City’s permit process, the utility disconnects and the local disposal facilities actually work, which is where most demolition delays come from.
When you call, text or fill in the form, you deal with ZZ Demolition directly: no brokers, no lead resellers. Demolition is quoted on site after a walk-through, junk removal can be priced from photos, and the crew on your site works to the written scope you approved.

Five things we won’t do
The fastest way to judge a demolition company is by what it refuses to do. Here is our list.
Touch asbestos
Licensed abatement contractors do that, before we arrive. We would rather lose the job than expose a crew or a family.
Start before the paperwork
No demolition before the permit is issued and the disconnects are confirmed. Starting early costs the owner a 50% permit surcharge and can stop the job.
Bury costs in change orders
Quotes spell out what is included, what is not and what conditions apply. If something unexpected turns up, you hear about it before we act on it.
Dump where we shouldn’t
Every load goes to a licensed facility. Ask for the weigh tickets and you will get them.
Leave a mess
Debris hauled away and the site cleared, so the next crew can get straight to work.
