ZZ Demolition (“ZZ Demolition”, “we”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect

- Project details: scope, building age, timeline and the photos or videos you upload or text to us.
- Basic website data: pages visited and how you found us (for example, advertising click identifiers and UTM tags).
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare a quote and schedule and complete work.
- To send texts about your request, only if you agreed to receive them. See our SMS terms.
- To keep business, tax and safety records required by law.
- To understand which advertising and pages bring in customers.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, our customer-management, phone and website hosting providers), and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and job records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
