Scope in writing
Written scope, exclusions, dates and a site safety plan, agreed before mobilisation. If the site changes the plan, you hear it the same day.
Your schedule
We confirm start and finish dates in writing, show up on them, and tell you the same day if anything on site changes the plan.
Clean handover
Base building protected, debris out daily, space cleared and ready for layout. Weigh tickets on request.
One point of contact
One person handles your quote, scheduling and site questions from walkthrough to handover, and invoices match the written scope line for line. Changes are priced and agreed in writing before the work is done.

What we take on
Interior and light structural demolition for renovation, fit-out and turnover work across Ottawa.
Not in scope: asbestos and designated-substance abatement, live service disconnection, and engineered structural demolition requiring shoring design.

- Routed to licensed private sorting facilities (Trail Road has refused IC&I garbage since July 1, 2025). Weigh tickets on request.

What are your payment terms?
Approved trade accounts are invoiced on agreed terms after each job or monthly for recurring work. Homeowner-style deposits do not apply to approved GC accounts.
Will you work nights and weekends?
Yes. Occupied buildings, condos and retail centres usually need after-hours work, and we plan the crew around it.
Who handles designated substances?
The owner’s designated-substances survey comes first, as required under OHSA s. 30. If abatement is needed, a licensed abatement contractor does it and provides a clearance letter. We do not disturb or haul asbestos.
Can we see weigh tickets?
Yes. Every load can come with its weigh ticket and destination facility, which helps with diversion reporting and back-charges.
